Hong Kong Sailing Federation
Blueprint coaches have been visiting Hong Kong in order to assist the HKSF with their Instructor Revalidation training and following the trips, we have been working with the Federation in order to create new national guidelines and roll out an improved training and inspection process for their national scheme.
In addition, Blueprint will be providing specialist racing coaches in order to develop the national youth squads. In July 2009 the first of these race squad coaching sessions ran, with coach Nic Wymer implementing a structured approach to coaching and a pathway through which racers and trainers will develop
